When you contact WEB BY DON or become a client, I may receive your name, email, phone number, business details, website content, project files, messages and information needed to deliver the service.
2. How I use information
I use this information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, build and maintain websites, provide support, manage billing, prevent misuse and keep records needed to run the service.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. WEB BY DON does not store your full card details. Payment providers process your information under their own privacy terms.
4. Service providers
I may use trusted providers for hosting, domains, email, forms, analytics, storage and other tools needed to run or support your website. Information is shared only where reasonably needed to provide the service.
5. Browser data and analytics
The website uses local browser storage to remember your language choice and may use basic analytics or technical data to understand site usage and keep the service working. I do not sell your personal information.
6. How long information is kept
I keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for client work, support, billing, security and legal or accounting records. When it is no longer needed, it can be deleted or anonymised where practical.
7. Your choices and contact
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, request corrections or deletion where applicable, or ask a privacy question by contacting Don. Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights relating to your personal information.
