1. About these terms
These terms apply when you ask WEB BY DON to create, update, host or maintain a website or related digital system. By approving a project, making a payment or starting a recurring service, you agree to these terms.
2. Projects and payments
Prices and scope are agreed before work starts. Project work normally starts once the agreed payment is received. Recurring services renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
3. Revisions and timing
Standard packages include the revision rounds shown on the website or agreed with you. Extra pages, redesigns, new features or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Timelines are estimates and can move if content, feedback or access is delayed.
4. Hosting, maintenance and updates
Hosting & Care includes website hosting, technical upkeep and reasonable content updates within the existing website structure. New pages, major redesigns, new integrations or substantial feature work may be quoted separately.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an ongoing Hosting & Care subscription at any time before the next renewal by contacting Don. Future renewals will stop and the current paid period will normally continue to its end. Project payments are refundable before work starts, less any third-party costs already committed. Once work has started, amounts covering work already completed are not normally refundable. If WEB BY DON cannot deliver paid work that was agreed, the undelivered portion will be refunded.
6. Domains, third-party services and ownership
Websites may use third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting platforms, payment providers, forms, APIs or analytics. Their availability and terms are outside WEB BY DON’s control. Once a project is paid in full, you may use the finished website and content created specifically for your business. Reusable code, methods, templates and general know-how remain with WEB BY DON, and third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
7. Results, availability and contact
I will take reasonable care to keep your website working and to deliver the agreed service, but I cannot guarantee specific sales, search rankings or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you have a question, need an update or want to cancel an ongoing service, contact Don through the website, WhatsApp or email.
